Gioia and the Owl Shop Cigar Lounge invite you to a cigar dinner experience with Nick Melillo of Foundation Cigars. Enjoy five courses created by Chef de Cuisine Mark Bestmann.
Chefs for CHEF: Five Course Tasting Dinner
Sunday, October 26th, 6pm | Gioia Café & Bar
Five Connecticut chefs (Tyler Anderson, Prasad Chirnomula, Michelle Greenfield, Avi Szapiro,and Chelsea Tripp) will come together to create a five-course dinner with wine pairings. Guests will be welcomed with a handcrafted cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres before the dinner, where each chef will present a signature dish that reflects their unique style.
In partnership with the Connecticut Restaurant Association, proceeds from this event will benefit the Connecticut Hospitality Education Foundation (C.H.E.F.), supporting education and opportunity in our local hospitality community.
